CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
POLICY

At Glow & Go Aesthetics & Wellness, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. Due to the medical nature of our services, preparation involved, and limited availability, we require advance notice for any changes.
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price.
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and will result in restriction from future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the provider’s discretion.
If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly.
Deposits and Prepaid Services
Certain services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the service on the day of treatment.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours or for no-show appointments.
Prepaid packages, promotions, and services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Same-Day Appointments
Same-day appointments are final and may not be canceled or rescheduled.
Provider Cancellations
In the rare event that Glow & Go Aesthetics & Wellness must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible and no fees will be charged. Any prepaid amounts will be credited or refunded.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Glow & Go Aesthetics & Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
