2. Eligibility for Services

Clients must be at least 19 years of age to receive services at Glow & Go Aesthetics & Wellness.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if age eligibility cannot be verified or if treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Consultations and Treatment Plans

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment at any time to ensure client safety and ethical care.

4. Appointments and Booking

Appointments must be booked through our approved booking system. Availability is not guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times or forfeiture of the appointment without refund.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are listed within our booking platform.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Promotions or discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined separately in our Cancellation Policy. By booking an appointment, you agree to those terms.

Failure to comply may result in fees or restriction from future bookings.

7. Refund Policy

All services and treatments are non-refundable. Due to the personalized and medical nature of services, refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with results.

Prepaid packages or promotional services are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, longevity of results, or symmetry. Additional treatments may be required at an additional cost.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided verbally or in writing. Failure to follow instructions may affect results and safety.
